88. Wellness and Cancer with Jess Movold

On today’s episode, I am sharing with you a conversation from an Instagram Live that I did this week with Jess Movold. Jess is a running and strength coach- she is one of the running coaches at Runner’s World and a strength coach at The Fort in NYC. This conversation focuses on the importance of wellness- exercise (lots on running and strength training), goal setting, nutrition, hydration, sleep, recovery and much more– and how that relates to cancer risk and risk reduction.
We speak about the importance of finding your “why,” making small changes, and being your own advocate. This is a great episode for anyone who wants to get started in their fitness journey, make changes in their current routine, or just for a little bit of inspiration to get moving.
